Northwest Missouri State University is home to Northwest Student Media. Student media consists of KNWT, KZLX and the Missourian. Recently, KNWT is helping with the coverage of the NCAA Division II National Tournament as Northwest is hosting the Central Region. KZLX during that time is broadcasting every Central Regional game along with pregame shows and mid-day shows for listeners to get caught up in the action. The Missourian is producing content in the paper with in-depth interviews with coaches and players. The student media strives to be the best they can before graduation to fine tune their skills.
